spred is made using fresh cold-stoneground garlic and natural, plant-based ingredients. We don’t use preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Every strength — 20%, 40% and 60% — is vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, linseed in variable amounts), garlic (20%), parsley, water, coconut fat, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), faba bean preparation, salt (2%), natural flavourings, colour (beta carotene).

Stoneground garlic: flavour, not additives

All strengths use fresh cold-stoneground garlic. Unlike garlic pastes or jars, we don’t add vinegar, citric acid or preservatives. Stonegrinding keeps the garlic naturally flavourful, aromatic and smooth.

The result? A fresher, cleaner garlic taste with none of the sharpness or bitterness you get from processed garlic products.
