Drawing inspiration from his grandmother's legacy, who founded DSilva Foods many years ago, he recalled the traditional stonegrinding machines used to craft marinades from whole spices. Recognising the potential of these machines to transform garlic into a flavourful addition to any kitchen, he set out to combine his grandmother's traditional methods with a modern twist.
